UNDERSTANDING THE APARTHEID SYSTEM IN RWANDA AND HOW IT HAS EXCLUDED OTHER PEOPLE FROM SOCIOECONOMIC AND POLITICAL OPPORTUNITIES

How did the Tutsi minority who make up only 14% of all Rwandan population have managed to institute an Apartheid System in Rwanda excluding all Hutus who make up over 86% of all Rwandans from all political, military, economic, social, financial, and religious institutions? The answer is here below. 

The photos below demonstrate how the US backed Tutsi regime have instituted a Tutsi dominate system in Rwanda which is designed to reward the minority Tutsis the higher ranking positions in both public and private sectors in Rwanda. Although the Tutsis make up only 14 percent of the people of Rwanda, they have managed to isolate Hutus who are the absolute majority of the Rwandan population. This is because both the American government and the UK government have actively supported the Tutsi regime in Rwanda since 1980s when Tutsis were fighting along side President Museveni, who is also a Tutsis to establish and impose him on the people of Uganda. Here, we have to remind you that America and the UK governments have always supposed and nurtured Apartheid systems around the world. Here in Africa, you have to remember that the US government had put President Nelson Mandela on a terrorist list and also actively supported and funded the APARTHEID SYSTEM in South Africa. Without the active involvement of the US and the UK governments in financing the Apartheid regime in South Africa, the ANC could not have spent 100 years fighting the white supremacism. 

In Rwanda the game is the same but different players. Although, the Apartheid in South Africa was the usual culprits where whites from Europe were oppressing indigenous Africans, in Rwanda and Uganda the story is different because the USA is supporting the Tutsi minorities to oppress the people of Rwanda and Uganda. In South Africa the USA and UK interests were to steal and loot the South African gold and diamond through the white regime. In Rwanda and Uganda, US and UK have used the Tutsis to steal and loot from the Eastern DR Congo. 

The photos below show how Tutsis have taken everything from the Hutus who make up over 86% and rewarded themselves leaving the poor Hutu poor, oppressed, and exploited. Tutsis occupy everything including the Miss Rwanda competitions. Hutu beautiful girls with bright brain are not allowed to contest in the Miss Rwanda which is held yearly. A classic example is in 2018 when a brave Rwandan Hutu beauty pageant called JOSIANE MWISENEZA who had won the competition with an overwhelming majority was denied the crown by the daughter of Paul Kagame because she is not a Tutsi. The Miss Rwanda 2021 was held this year and all over 40 contestants were Tutsis. All Hutus were removed from grassroot level. This gorgeous lady here Miss Josiane Mwiseneza was denied the crown for Miss Rwanda by the Tutsi Apartheid System and yet she had won the competition with higher margin. She was also popular both inside and outside of Rwanda where she was like a heroine.

Another example of Tutsi Apartheid system in Rwanda which has been always graced by the USA and the UK systems is the military system in Rwanda. From the president all the way to Lieutenant are from the Tutsi tribe and yet they make up only 14% of the Rwandan population. Politically, everyone must be in the Tutsi political party called RPF whose chairman is Paul Kagame. In order to make sure Hutus do not revolt, Tutsi regime has created concentration camps across the country. The most notorious one is the IWAWA ISLAND PRISON CAMP which was highlighted by the New York Times here  

This is one of those examples of how Hutus have been excluded from all social, economic, and political opportunities in their own country by a western financed Apartheid System. Another very active actor in enshrining Tutsi Apartheid System in Rwanda is the notorious Netanyahu regime in Israel. You all remember that Israel was very active in entrenching Apartheid System oppression over indigenous Africans in South Africa. The same is happening in Rwanda today where the Nyetanyahu government helped Kagame to lobby at the UN to change the meaning of the Rwandan genocide to call it a Tutsi genocide of which some politicians in London and Washington continue to oppose, read here. In addition, in 2018, the Israel government gave the Kagame technology to hack into Rwandan refugees and the presumed political opponents who live in western countries as it was reported by The Financial Times here. In exchange Rwanda offered Israel to receive African refugees who had made it to Israel in search for better life and protection from African brutal dictatorship. 

Rwandan Tutsi regime has mastered the art of Apartheid System where some former South African apartheid technocrats were hired by Kagame's regime to design the best Apartheid System approach designed to exclude and impoverish the Rwandan Hutu communities. Below are the lists of how Tutsis have shared all senior positions in Rwanda leaving Hutus who are more than 86% to contend with almost nothing in all aspects of the Rwandan government and state systems such as the military, politics, financial banking, economic systems, education where the Rwandan Tutsis system award all American, European, and Canadian, Australian scholarships to Tutsis and leave some Hutu cadres to contend with Chinese and Indian Scholarships. A good example is that between 2009 to 2019 the American universities awarded more than 2000 scholarships to the people of Rwanda. However, more than 1876 scholarships went to Tutsi students who attended: Boston University, Harvard University, Multnomah University, Southern New Hampshire University, Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts, Tufts University, MIT, Suffolk University, Oklahoma Christian University, University of Portland, University of Portland, Framingham State University, Lesley University, Brandeis University, Bentley University, Andrew University, La Sierra University, University OF New Hampshire, Loma Linda University, UCSD, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, University of Montreal, University of Waterloo, McGill University, CSU, UCLA, University of Maryland, Yale University, Brown University, University of Manchester, King’s College London (KCL), London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of Bristol, University of Warwick and many more. 

All these American universities are part and parcel of advancing Tutsi Apartheid system in Rwanda. They make sure they award majority of their scholarships reserved for Rwandans to Tutsi children leaving Hutu children with no access to quality education. This has a long term outlook which supports the Tutsi elites extremists that by 2050 all Tutsi children in Rwanda and the region will be elites whereas Hutu kids will have no options but to serve Tutsis. This is the return of the 400 years of serfdom and oppression that Hutu children went through under the hands of Tutsi kings which is coming back this time supported by the western collaborators.

 

Dear reader, the Apartheid System you see here could not have been possible without the enormous support from the American Taxpayers money. The Bill Clinton regime and foundation have been very instrumental in making sure that Tutsis in Rwanda and the region establish an impenetrable system that excludes other tribes, mainly Hutus from all political, military, financial, academic, economic, and social opportunities. The American universities have been instrumental for the last three decades to make sure Tutsi children have better access to quality education and tools needed to establish and protect the Apartheid System in Rwanda. In order to prevent what happened in 1994 when the presidential plane that was carrying two Hutu presidents was shot down as it prepared to land at Kigali International Airport killing two Hutu presidents, which sparked the Rwandan genocide, we must tell the world that enough is enough, stop promoting Tutsi Apartheid in Rwanda.
