Your Excellencies President UHURU KENYATTA and Vice President William Ruto of the Republic of Kenya

Your Excellency Deputy President of Kenya. From the people of Rwanda we salute you. Thank you first for the remarks you made in Kampala regarding the rulership of Rwanda just closed the border Rwando-Ugandaise. That does not affect only the business community of Uganda but also that of Kenya. I remember since I was a little boy in primary school the Slate, chalk, pen, notebook, rubber I used in class was all Made in Kenya. That shows you how important Kenya is to the Rwandan people. However, everything is changing now because we are ruled by a crazy man who ascended to power in Rwanda on the nose of AK47. He controls everything from the presidency to the Nyumbakumi..from Rwanda Air to the city council toilets all are controlled by the Rwandan Patriotic Front that was put in place by two imperialists Bill Clinton of US and Tony Blair of UK. They wanted to have access to the mineral rich DR Congo. 

This is one of the reasons Rwanda under Kagame has invaded DRC thrice looting minerals from Congo..Your Excellency, Kagame was one of the people who suggested free movement for the citizens of East Africa. We all hailed the suggestion as good for business in the region. Soon Kenyan companies and people flooded Kigali for new opportunities but soon Nakumatt witnessed its veggies rotting in the shelves. We Rwandans we knew it could happen because Rwandans are poor. Only a small community in Rwanda has money. That is the Tutsi people who are only 14% of the Rwandan population. They control everything in Rwanda from military to local defense any Hutu who sneezes your body is collected in Lake Rweru that borders Rwanda and Burundi. All young Hutus who reach college age are taken to Iwawa Island which is near Congo to hide them there. 

Kagame and his RPF regime have a population control system to sterilize all Hutu males who reach sexual active age.. This is in line with the RPF program to make sure by 2050 Hutus who count more than 85% to have been reduced to less than 13% of all Rwandans. This will make Tutsis majority so that when they are forced to hold democratic elections then Tutsis can have majority command.. Your Excellency, as a Rwandan who love the East African community and have been doing business in Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, DRC, and Kenya, I felt I should bring this issue to you. I know its hard to reach you because of the protocol but with the social media I can reach you this easy way. ...Your Excellency, after Kagame closed the borders between Uganda and Rwanda now he has issued a directive that Rwandans are barred from visiting the people of Burundi or even falling in love with the Burundian people. This dangerous not only to the Rwandans and Burundians, but the entire EAC. We are appealing to you to intervene and save us from this beast Kagame otherwise before you know it the EAC would have been destroyed. 

You remember in 2017 Paul Kagame openly told President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania. You know Kagame was the one who engineered the failed coup in Burundi to oust Petero Nkurunziza of Burundi. Kagame has problems with almost everybody including you because you recently ridiculed his move ot close the border. He is not happy about it. Your Excellency when the EAC accepted to eliminate passport to ease movement of people and goods, we Rwandans we knew Kagames motives were not about doing business but to facilitate his spies to move freely in the region, especially in Kenya so that they could be able to track Rwandans and Rwandan refugees who live and work in Kenya. 

You remember we once wrote that in 2014 Rwanda sent more than 2000 women spies in Kenya. These women are mostly of Tutsi tribe and were sent to spy the Kenyan people targeting the Kenyan politicians in order to facilitate easy movement of Rwandan espionage. That is why you know see many Rwandan Tutsi women working as bartenders in various bars in Kenya, especially in Kasarani, Kiambu, Umoja, Rongai, Simmers, and other strategic places especially where Kenyan strategic institutions are such as Karen. Recently Kagame admitted publicly on TV that he assassinated his former ally Seth Sendashonga in Nairobi. You can watch his speech online. He assassinated Col. Lizinde in Nairobi. He recently kidnapped Captain Ntirugiribambe among others. Your Excellency, Rwandans are suffering under this regime we need Kenyans help. Thank you
